FOR ELECTION OF TWO (2) TRUSTEES FOR
MT. OLYMPUS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SALT LAKE COUNTY, UTAH
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of Mt. Olympus Improvement District, Salt Lake County, Utah, that an election will be held on:
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2013
FOR THE ELECTION OF TWO (2) TRUSTEES TO THE BOARD OF SAID DISTRICT.
Each person seeking to become a candidate for this elective office shall file a Declaration of Candidacy form in person with the District Clerk (3932 South 500 East). The filing period is from Monday, June 3, 2013 to Monday, June 10, 2013 during office hours (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) and not later than 5:30 p.m. on the last day of filing (17B-1-306).
Candidate qualifications are:

Be a U.S. Citizen at time of filing.

Be at least 18 years old.

Be a Resident of the Local District.

Be a Registered voter at the residence within the Local District.
