PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF MODIFICATION TO THE MT. OLYMPUS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT’S
SEWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PLAN (SSMP)

Mt. Olympus Improvement District hereby provides public notice of a proposed modification to its Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP) in accordance with Utah Administrative Rule R317-8-801-6.2.

The proposed modifications are available for public review.  Interested parties may request to view the proposed SSMP by contacting Tammy Gonzales at 801-262-2904 or [email protected].  Copies may also be reviewed in person at 3932 South 500 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84107, during regular business hours.

A public meeting will be held to consider and approve the modifications as follows:
